Whole 30 - Day 2

No, you didn't miss a Day 1 post... 

Day 1:
Not a perfect start... 

Breakfast
K- none
W- cereal (whoops!)

Lunch
Both- scrambled eggs

Dinner
K- a few homemade chips (my whoops!), grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette
W- chicken, baked potato




Day 2:
A little better today!

Breakfast
K- hard boiled egg, few carrots
W- 3 hard boiled eggs, some cantaloupe

Lunch
Both- salad bar at Ruby Tuesday

Dinner
Both- chicken fajitas (minus the tortillas) with guacamole

Prepped for tomorrow
-big pot of soup for lunches this week

-chicken, mushroom, onion, and peppers frittata for the next few days' breakfasts


End result hopes:
K- to know for sure how dairy and wheat affect my body (and if I lose some weight, added bonus!)
W- to feel better long term 
Both- to get into the habit of eating better
